1. About the site

easycapitalism is an independent site run by one person. It publishes explainers, current affairs summaries, tools, calculators, product comparisons and personal views. It is provided for education and information. Please also read the Disclaimer, the Privacy Policy and the Affiliate Disclosure, which form part of these terms.

2. Using the site

You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

  • break the law or use the site for anything unlawful
  • try to hack, disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems
  • scrape, copy or republish large parts of the site, or use automated tools to collect its content at scale, without my written permission
  • add malicious code, spam or misleading content
  • present my content as your own

3. Content and copyright

Unless stated otherwise, the text, design, scores, comparison layouts and tools on this site belong to me and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may:

  • read and share links to pages
  • quote short excerpts with a clear credit and a link back to the original page

Anything beyond that needs my written permission. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners, and they are used only to identify products. Their use does not mean any partnership or endorsement.

If you believe something here infringes your rights, please contact me with the page link and details, and I will look into it promptly.

4. Tools and calculators

Tools and calculators are provided as estimates for general use. Results depend on what you enter, are not guaranteed to be accurate, and shouldn’t be your only basis for decisions.

Nothing on the site is financial, investment, tax, legal or medical advice. See the Disclaimer for details.

The site may contain ads and links to other websites, including affiliate links. I don’t control those sites and am not responsible for their content, products, prices or practices. Any dealings you have with them are between you and them.

The site does not currently offer accounts or user comments. If I add them later, these terms will be updated with rules for them.

I may change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time without notice. I don’t promise the site will always be available or error-free.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the site, your reliance on its content, or any linked site.

10. Governing law
